Equinsa Parking includes in its offers a training course or training during the implementation of the system. On top of this, as we design our open to the future Sense equipment in such a way that it’s able to incorporate new technologies or operational uses, we offer our customers a continuous training service for their users through retraining courses and updating their knowledge to the innovations that we are incorporating.
These courses can be given at our headquarters or at the customer’s own premises and are especially recommended in the event of new car park staff. They usually include two sections:
- Program management; this is intended to make the user aware of all the possibilities that Sense offers.
- Maintenance; this is intended to make the user able to implement necessary adjustments, changes and maintenance work themselves without requiring the presence of technicians from the manufacturer.
