The ESSENS MULTI-PAYMENT 15″ Pay Station is designed to maximise car park revenue while providing end users with a complete, convenient and highly visual payment experience.
The ESSENS MULTI-PAYMENT 15″ brings together all the payment options a modern car park needs in a single machine: cash, coins, banknotes and digital payment methods, with a simple and accessible user experience for all users. Its ergonomic design complies with accessibility requirements for people with reduced mobility, making the pay station easy to access and use.
The large 15.6″ high-brightness touchscreen transforms the payment process into a clear, engaging and guided experience, with an intuitive interface that explains each step and minimises errors. Users can identify themselves using a ticket, number plate or proximity card, making the entire process quick and frictionless.
The ticketless mode and integration with the SENSE ecosystem enable the parking stay to be calculated automatically by entering the vehicle’s number plate, eliminating the need for a physical ticket if required. In addition, the pay station can be used as a digital advertising platform, ideal for displaying advertisements, videos and promotional content for season permits or flexible stays.
In terms of cash management, the unit features an upgraded banknote reader, secure cash box, coin validator and dispenser with recycling functionality, and a safe, ensuring smooth change dispensing and maximum cash security. Its industrial-grade electronics, SSD storage and TCP/IP connectivity ensure robust, connected operation, designed to withstand intensive use.
The integrated IP intercom system enables user queries and incidents to be handled directly from the control centre, enhancing the level of service without increasing operational complexity. All of this is housed in a compact stainless-steel cabinet, designed to provide the car park with a modern and professional appearance.
