What is the Equinsa Parking Sense PRO system?

Sense PRO is Equinsa Parking’s premium range: a comprehensive cloud-based parking management solution. It connects all parking equipment (kiosks, barriers, LPR cameras, sensors) to a cloud platform that enables remote control, real-time analytics, and integration with mobile apps. It is designed for operators seeking to fully digitize their facility with a Smart City approach.

A cloud-based system like Sense PRO allows parking management from any internet-connected device, without relying on a physical server on-site. The main advantages include: automatic software updates, remote access to data and configuration settings, scalability to add new parking facilities to the same platform, lower infrastructure maintenance costs, and greater resilience against local failures.

Ticketless access allows vehicles to enter and exit the parking facility by automatically identifying them via their license plate, with no need to take or validate a physical ticket. The LPR (License Plate Recognition) system integrated into Sense PRO captures the license plate upon arrival, links it to the duration of stay and payment, and automatically opens the exit barrier after payment is completed. This reduces queues, eliminates lost tickets, and speeds up vehicle turnover.

The Sense PRO range includes multipayment kiosks with 32″ and 15″ touchscreens, entry and exit posts with NFC and Mifare technology, exit machines with integrated EMV contactless payment, A-1000 automatic barriers with animated pictograms, LPR cameras from the RAMA system, and credit payment totems. All equipment is connected to the cloud platform and managed from a centralized point.
